Does it matter what time I workout?

No. There is no specific time frame that you should workout. There are times I workout in the morning and sometimes at night. The most important insight to keep in mind is to make sure you can at least workout every other day. Make sure to not work out too late as you need at least 6-8 hours to rest your muscles. For maximum rest after a workout it is recommended to rest up to 24 hours; hence why it is imperative to workout every other day.

What if it feels like I can eat an entire menu?

We don’t want you to eat like a pig now (lol). What I can say is when you are not eating as healthy, your body can lie and tell your brain I'm starving but in reality, your body is not receiving the nutrients it needs to receive that fullness it needs. If you eat healthily, your body will sense that you are and won’t allow you to crave junk food. Healthy snacks like fruit, salad, nuts or even eating one banana are good to eat for fullness when you may feel hungry.

How much should I expect my body to change?

Like I said previously, it is good to keep in mind your results are based upon your consistency and genetics. Your JOURNEY is simply YOUR journey. It can take days, weeks, months, and even years for one to see results. Never compare your results to someone else's time frame since there is not a replica of you who will have the same body type as you. Other factors like your diet, level of fitness, and your beginning weight play a role in your results. Remember by taking pictures and keeping up with your measurements will allow you to track your progression. Focus on yourself and your goals and have fun in the process to get the body and booty you always wanted.

Must I follow the exact order of the program or can I switch it up?

I would recommend that you follow through with the program as these are the exact results that have helped me grow my glutes and gain weight. If it is getting a little repetitive for you and you can tell your body is not getting as sore as it should then feel free to switch up certain exercises or even add on reps and sets to feel that burn your booty may need.

What if I do miss a day or was not consistent for a few days?

I understand that things in life do occur and sometimes we may have other priorities that may hinder us from staying as consistent as we may want. Now if you do miss a day or a few don’t stress yourself about it. Do hold yourself accountable to reflect that this may alter consistent results for your goals but it’s ok as long as it’s not over a week. You can always get back on track and make sure you keep your body refreshed, hydrated, and lifted.
